  Elvar Oris's ideas about spiritual awakening, alien origins, and astral projection are so intense. The way he talks about hidden knowledge meant for the chosen ones really freaked me out.

  I have been listening to you now for months and I have to say, I literally cannot sleep unless I am listening to one of your meditations. I have been astral projecting for years and your guided projections are hands down the best! The vibrations happen so much more quickly and intensely when listening to your sessions. And the random 1 ad worked bc I dozed off for a sec and when the ad played for 5 seconds it woke my mind back awake, but my body was all numb and gone still.   Another great one Gael. I loved this technique, as it combines visualization and kinesthetics. And as a cath lab and angiography tech I love focusing on heartbeat and pulsations 😁❤ I fell asleep, but it was amazing, thank you!
