As a fun fact, in Oh My Girl's "Closer" the girls made different formations in the choreography that correspond to constellations of the zodiac signs, that is just amazing ✨⭐

April and Oh My Girl debuted later and are both third generation. They also both were part of the wholesome girl group response to the more explicit second generation style that T-ara was part of. Of the three groups, only Oh My Girl is still together as a group. As you noted, they started as eight members but lost one member early on and completed their 7 year rookie contract as seven members. Technically, there are now six members, but only four are with the original company so the often perform at festivals with four members. The company has said they want a group comeback this year, but working around those other two members schedules is difficult.

Soyeon trained with Girls' Generation (GG) and was scheduled to debut with them as the lead singer. A couple of months before GG was to debut, Soyeon changed her mind and left the agency. We do not know why she left; she has never talked about it. Her grandmother did die during this time period and Soyeon did promise her grandmother that she would try again. A year and a half later when Core Contents Media was putting together a new girl group, Soyeon auditioned. They knew who she was, of course, and they signed her up.

I really love OH MY GIRL. They usually release 2 types of music.
1. Trendy sound the general public usually likes. These songs are hits and are really popular. ie. NONSTOP, DUN DUN DANCE, DOLPHIN
> probably similar to the music early TWICE used to release.

2. Ethereal - Fairy Tail..This is their signature sound and when people think of this concept, they immediately mention Oh My Girl. ie. CLOSER, SECRET GARDEN, FOUR SEASONS(SSFWL) etc.

One of my favourites of each are NONSTOP and Classified(you HAVE to watch this.)

They also have a mixture of both which I personally love called REMEMBER ME. (This song is interesting because it feels like the entire song is a built up to the chorus that feels like it never comes)

Also OH MY GIRL is 3rd Generation and the member you noticed is YOOA(she also has a Solo Career and here releases are amazing) she's an Ace of some type in the group as she has stricking Visuals, is Main Dancer, Lead Vocal(amazing tone), and is just amazing. But all members have their own charms that you'll surely fall for if you become a fan.

Also, you can check out their Killing Voice!!!
