  A CFA qualified with the appropriate experience may not join the Treasury with the paltry salaries offered by the Treasury. Dr Harsha De Silva is right about having at least one CFA qualified personnel in the Public Debt Office. It is common sense that the Public Debt Office should be manned by well qualified personnel including a couple of CFA’s because of the tremendous responsibility of managing the country’s Debt Office.<br>Priyantha Fernando.

  Mr. Braveman before you criticize, before you call these youngsters “fools” listen and try to understand. A wise person would never call another “fool” or “idiot”. &nbsp;To rebuild this country people have to forget party politics and do what’s beneficial to the country. These youngsters are doing a good job by giving what they can to the country, rather than leaving the country.
