I've never understood this set up from a functional perspective (shower then the toilet at the corner. This means every time you shower you not only clean but leave the bathroom mopped dry. (Well) the. You want to have an option of cleaning the washroom and letting air and sunrays do the magic. So that yoi don't worry about the wet bathroom space and more so for the comfort of the next person.

I'm an interior designer and i love watching your videos. Of course sometimes I might criticize a little bit but as we are taught every client has different tastes and preferences and you have to work with them not against them

For me it's how you guys point out even the smallest detail in these houses. It shows the level of effort and commitment you put in for your craft. Kudos to you guys because you are literally the best real estate/house touring show on YouTube thus far.

Nicely done house! The story of whether it’s worth 10M is up to the viewer to decide.

First of all, let me appreciate the duo. You guys are a good match at showcasing houses, you do an awesome job. I've enjoyed watching your house tours. Keep doing what you're doing. And yes, that house, for that price, is a deal.

Well done show, as always! This particular house has some good aspects—the lighting, for example. However, the bathroom in the primary bedroom and staff quarters are a complete no, no! One should not have to walk across a potentially wet floor to access the toilet and it is always best that the shower is well enclosed.
