The character himself felt way more important than he actually was, he was the weakest of all the dark Jedi. He was just acting all tough and evil to overcompensate for his insecurities. Like when the biggest bully in school turns out to be the most vulnerable and traumatised person.

  The cutscenes in this game still give me that true Star Wars feeling more than any of the following movies.

  On my first playthrough I actually got the dark side ending unintentionally. I didn&apos;t really understand English back then and I was so confused because I played Jedi Outcast first and I knew Jedi Knight is a prequel to it. I was devastated when Kyle killed Jan. I knew I did something wrong but I had no idea what. But at the end where he was sitting on his throne and pulled out the holorecording of his father I was like: I knew it! There&apos;s still good in him! And then he crushed the projector with his foot and I lost all hope. :D

  This is one game that needs to be remastered. They are redoing Dark Forces, this one should be next.

  in my opinion the graphics are so fantastic as they capture the grandiosity of this world

  Fun fact. The Valley of the Jedi was created kind of by Darth Bane. Essentially, to cull the weak from the Sith and take out a crap load of Jedi including Jedi Lord Hoth, he tricked the leader of the Sith at the time (who it is heavily implied mind controlled all the others) in to using an ancient ritual which then aboborbed the life force of everyone who were in the caverns at the time. It was then made in to a protected site to celebrate the Sith&apos;s &quot;final defeat&quot; by Lord Hoth&apos;s former padawan.

  Funny story, i was doing the Gorc and Pic fight on one of my many playthroughs, and i was standing at the bottom of the room. Out of nowhere Gorc falls from above and apparently that fall damage was enough to kill him for me 🤣

  I hope they do a remaster of his game, the first dark forces got that treatment and it actually does hold up pretty well.
