Se construyen primero las obras de protección y después los muelles. Porqué los materiales de construcción de las escolleras se monitorean para ver su asentamiento y reforzar dónde se requiera para mantener la obra estable y realizar los trabajos de dragado requeridos para una navegación segura en; la bocsna, canal de navegación, darsena(s) de ciaboga y frentes de atraque y la construcción de los muebles, ante_muelles, patios de maniobras, bodegas y cobertizos y demás obras complementarias, (subestaciones electricas, oficinas administrativas (para el personal administrativo del puerto, la Aduana y servicios conexos (equipos y maquinaria para la manipulación de las diferentes mercancías, instalaciones de seguridad (red contraincendio y equipos de bomberos, etc..

PROMOTORES DEL PROYECTO, DE LA 4ta TRANSFORMACION, FUNCIONARIOS Y EL GOBIERNO DE la 4ta.TRANSFORMACION, QUE APOYARON ESTA GRAN CONSTRUCCION en el ISTMO DE TEHUANTEPEC. EL TRANSITO DE BARCOS ENTRE LOS OCEANOS PACIFICO Y EL GOLFO DE MEXICO; YA NO DEPENDEN SOLAMENTE DEL CANAL DE PANAMA. Los SALUDO desde la Frontera Norte de Sonora, Mx, con ARIZONA, EUA. Soy una ABUELA de 9 Adultos, y me siento muy orgullosa y agradecida con Dios, por permitirme llegar a ver estos cambios tan positivos para las Generaciones Nuevas de mi pais. VIVA MEXICO...!!!
