The annoying thing about school is one, I can’t bring my Essa, two, there are so many triggers if each trigger were a foot of space, it could take up the entire white house! It’s really crazy how many triggers there are and with no Essa’s being allowed, I feel like I’m slowly breaking (more or less)

I have an essa because I'm self conscious and feel uncomfortable in classrooms or during lunch, (too loud) I need to steady my breathing often, and have several anxiety attacks a week. My essa is a penguin, but I might get a dog for my birthday. I hope everyone has a good day, and 0 anxiety or panic attacks!
