  35 year old nurse single mom of two… was with a man for 10 years who didn’t cheer for me wanting to further my career, lost my friends, distance me from family, no life outside of him..I completely lost myself… I am 4 years out of that marriage, working as a nurse full time, made new friends, got back in the gym, have a lot of outings, got closed to my family and in a committed two year relationship with a man who cheers me having my own life outside of him, and who loves my kids dearly. Thank you for making this video it was emotional for me but I am happy now and free. I hope the  younger generation can watch this video and helps them pick their person better and never lose themselves ❤

  I lost myself in every relationship, that was my biography. I didn't know where I ended and my partner began. Every time a relationship ended, I had no idea who I was without him. The book Hollow Intimacy literally has a chapter called "The Echo of Your Own Voice" that helped me reclaim my identity. It changed how I enter relationships. I finally stopped disappearing. Highly recommend.
