The guy that does that artwork is damn near Picasso . I have seen his work throughout Nevada . It is cut out of the metal .

I've found abandoned towns, even old grave yards while riding my motorcycle going the back way into RED ROCK from Tucson. I always stop and look for that one gold coin a drunk cowboy may have dropped back in the day❤

The guy on the tanks that you said looked like a sniper was a miner running a single jack drill. He has a face mask to protect his lungs from the dust, “I got the black lung Pop!” Abandoned and Forgotten Places did a deep dive into the history of the site. He is a mine explorer. Great channel.

All that work to have a railway open for 9 years is insane.

When i was a little kid my father worked at the CC Darling mine that was up hill from the town of Vanderbilt. Spent summers and a couple of winters there back when there was still houses there

When one thinks one can carry a device to get an overview of the landscape all around is truly astounding. <br>100 years ago no one would have imagined it possible.
