  The UK did have it&apos;s own Nuclear Program called &apos;Tube Alloys Project&apos;. It was the basis for the &apos;Manhattan Project&apos; when we handed all the info over to them.

  Personal spy plane use that is hilariously nasty: turrets.<br>two engines, extra fuel tanks, self-sealing fuels and the rest just turrets.... and as turrets don&apos;t count as weapons you can still have them fly over neutral/non war countries.

  Important issue for &quot;Destroyers for Bases&quot;<br>The destroyer you get is the DD1 hulled Clemson class. What you can and should do is before the offer comes get american license production. The AI will allow you the clemson licence. Once you get the licence you can modify it ONCE and only ONCE. Remember, you can modify it once. You can then modify the crappy clemson design into a really good DD1 hull. You can put 1940 depth charges, radar, sonar and AA on the clemson, refit them and then deploy them as HK (hunter killer) destroyers all at a very low cost, since you got the refit spirit and the refit focus completed by then. These refiited clemsons should have about 36 sub spotting and enough depth charges to two shot any sub they find. <br><br>Do note, if you don&apos;t accept the US doesn&apos;t get to keep them.

  Important issue for spy planes. <br>The way air combat works is the planes are distributed among enemy wings on a plane by plane basis with plane numbers modified by spotting. This means if you have 1 wing of fighters 100 planes and 1 wing of spy planes 10 planes 10/11 of enemy planes will hit the fighters and 1/11 will hit the spy planes. If you put the fighters on air superiority they will have 100% visibility automatically and your spy planes with 50% visibilit will count as 5 planes drawing in 1/21 of all enemy fighers. This is how you escort planes now. Also, you can put air defence on the spy planes as much as you want.
