In wales in the early 1920s they were teaching King Arthur as a real person, his genealogy’s are in the Llandaff characters and the brutes of England chronicles ❤

Opposite the Amphitheatre, on the site of the Rugby Club, there would have been a street with public buildings such as the Temple of Jupiter and potentially a Mithraeum. There would have been shops, villas and further down what is now a lane the mausaleums of former soldiers, traders and citizens. Rome put down deep roots in Caerlleon.
