  Never really considered myself to be feeling down etc, but the comment about the most difficult part of it is to get ready to out on the bike. That spoke to me, this summer too often I just sat on the sofa instead of getting the bike out. But you’re not wrong, the days I actually got my bike out I came home feeling so much better!

  I must admit Chris's insta morning walks help me in the mornings when I am able to watch. Shift pattern permitting. And yes it's good to TORQUE.

  Thank you for another great video! Really enjoy your content. Had one comment and one update. The comment first, thank you for addressing MH and I 100% agree with other comments on here. I've suffered from severe depression since my teens and riding is one  of the best things I can do for it.  Getting and just concentrating  on riding is great therapy. Second, I wrote you a few videos back about adjusting my riding style due to injury. Your advice was great and I watched some vids you've mentioned  and the last few sessions I've just been concentrating on just moving one cheek off the seet and making sure my inside arm is bent. Getting thru corners faster and more comfortably now. Wanted to give you an update and a sincere thank you! Take care.

  its so sweet that you're harvesting the questions intending to get thru them all. that feels like an insurmountable task to me. i wonder if i'll get lucky enough that you answer my racing question before the season starts in august next year!

  Nice to hear you are putting the new 1300GS through its paces. I really like it, but one thing that concerns me is the missing tail light - it was already getting silly on the later 1250 models with the stupid front marker lights and multi-function rear indicator / tail light / stop light arrangement. In the last video you mentioned that press launches are a great way of talking with the factory engineers, does anyone ever mention this to BMW? Many people I know hate these things and think they are dangerous. Love the videos by the way, thanks for putting them up.

  Those apex adjustable risers are fantastic, and i agree, bikes should come equipped with such things.
