  As an adult with ADHD, LLMs have been a game changer for me in my study and professional career. It translates information to me in a way that my brain can understand, something my teachers and peers used to spend hours doing with me in the past. I used to fill notebooks throughout my day with list&apos;s of word salad that I would later have to decode just so my brain could understand the information. It was exhausting, time consuming and most of the time left me feeling useless and depressed. AI for people with ADHD is like attending a world conference with an interpreter, I can finally understand the language. Thank you for the video ❤🙏🏼
