  Great stuff Steven. The reason why you're doing so well is because you are 'musical'. You have a sound that resonates. Yes, you know how to build tracks, mix them, and make them sound polished. However, it's your propensities and choices musically that make a product that is so useable. As so many channels talk about how to succeed in sync, nobody talks about that innate ineffable 'something' that you either have, or you don't. You've got it. I look forward to hearing more of your successes.

  Great video Steven, thanks for sharing. I would love to see another video like this for those other 2 songs you showed - Ice Cream Social and The Warriors Blade. Really enjoyed listening to both.

  Very nice material. Could you maybe do a video on how you record and mix vocals for these things, and maybe what vocal libraries you use? I find vocals to often be essential, but difficult to get right..

  What a simple yet high quality and very informative video. Subscribed. I used to write stock music and doing alright 10-12 years ago but then went into the (actual) corporate world and put all aside, these past few months I'm coming back to writing music so this video (and your channel) seems just what I need.   Hey Steven! We spoke via email a while back about music licensing, maybe you remember. I too have made the shift from stock to sync in the past 6 months, my first exclusive sync tracks are going live today actually so fingers crossed it works out. I was wondering whether you advise on diversifying exclusive material across a number of sync agencies or putting them all into one sync agency to gain a 'presence' there (if that's even something that can help?)? Your videos are very informative, it's useful to listen to someone who is up to date in the industry since it seems to change so much. Thanks! Seth (KASSEO)

  Thank you for sharing this Steven, I have taken several of your courses at the academy, but this gives me perspective and demonstrates some of the elements that are currently working well. It also lets me know that I'm heading in a good direction creatively for sync. ✌🏽

  I have so many questions....I've been focused on a playlist for my music, but for the past month I have been leaning towards doing SYNC. After some research, I have noticed I do have songs that lean towards SYNC-style music. I am trying to master my DAW; I write all my own songs. However, there are many songs I have written that require a different style of vocals other than my own. I use AI to supply the vocals on those songs. I know absolutely very few people, and none of them sing lol. Been trying to figure out a way to tackle that issue. SO.. with all that in mind, how does this affect me as I move towards focusing on SYNC? Will AI be a problem if I use any of it in my final production?
