  The beach is sandy at low tide. <br>Brighton is an incredible mixture - you can find everything described in these comments; the good, the bad, the wonderful, the truly awful. But it will always be a special place to me.

  Fabulous 👌 I&apos;m a Brightonian lived here all my life I&apos;m in my 50s so seen a lot of changes over the years. <br>The ticket office either side of the i360 used to be the public toilets i still remember putting 1p in the door to open it, &nbsp;the Lanes were better than now , it&apos;s mostly gold pawn shops but still lovely wandering around. The West Pier was &apos; almost in tact&apos; but the council wanted to get rid of it so lots of people marched along the seafront shouting &apos;We want the West pier&apos; , we got to keep it but it had to be closed off to the public for safety reasons, &nbsp;when the Palace pier had new decking all the old decking went to a reclaiming yard so i bought some and had 2 cupboard doors made for under the stairs so I will always have a bit of history in my house. Hope you liked Brighton, &nbsp;look forward to your next stop off somewhere, &nbsp;great channel 👍 😊

  Brighton is the best place in England. <br>Brightonions are the best people in england. <br>I ❤ Brighton <br>I lived in Brighton in the 70s while I was studying in Sussex. <br>I had my best years in Brighton. <br>Brighton is like a second home to me. <br>Whenever I visit England I make sure to visit Brighton even if it is for a few hours. <br>If you haven&apos;t seen Brighton <br>You haven&apos;t seen anything in england.

  Brighton is the best city in england. Its barely a city &nbsp;but more than a big town. You have london near by should you want that sort of thing, beach attractions and a vibrant nightlife , however a short walk outside the centre and you have the beach to yourself.<br>History and modern interwine. The downs on your doorstep. <br>Tollerant, welocming, fun with low violent crime rates for a city its size<br>Other than affordable houses, what more could you ask for?

  It&apos;s become the biggest shithole you&apos;ll ever see. It&apos;s so sad because i used to love the place and I&apos;m a brightonian. £10.00 to park for an hour! Drugs, &nbsp;alcohol, homelessness, streets are filthy, &nbsp;no police to talk about.
