love Louise Hay. Her affirmations got me through a 5 month jail stint . I had them taped (with toothpaste) above my bed and I said them 2 times a day.

I had episodes of anxiety and depression attacking me in the middle of the night. It felt like the whole world fell onto my shoulders and the pain was so intense that if it went on, I’d rather stop breathing. I knew it was my brain creating it but I just couldn’t pull myself out. It went on for a few minutes and then it stopped. <br><br><br><br>I prayed to God for His guidance and to be with me during the night. I found this video and I played while sleeping and woke up with Louise voice in the middle of the night to calm me. I realized that it was my concern and worrying about my future that caused my anxiety. This video was calming me down and making me realize that I created my inner peace. I need to feel safe.

Manifesting never worked for me and I felt genuinely crap about it. Took Vera Hart's manifestation quiz purely out of desperation. Matched exactly. Honestly didn't see that coming. Just try it. ❤️
