Never ceases to amaze me, the individual sounds are often underwhelming, and then it all turns into something I genuinely think sounds amazing!
It’s like someone asks if you are hungry, and you think yea I could use a snack, and then they offer you a Carrot, and you think no, no I don’t want a Carrot? Then they offer you a Potato, then a Mushroom, then a Turnip etc. …but then they offer you all those things in a stew with a chunk of fresh Bread, and you gobble it up and it sits there in your belly radiating warmth into your very being, and it feels good!
…that’s what Jon’s Beats are like, but it’s Stew for your Ears!

More Summit content please! I saw it sitting in the background in a few of your videos and wondered when you were going to trot it out, lol.

I'm head over heels for mine, can't get a bad sound of it and every time I sit down with it it's instant inspiration. FX are gorgeous, filter is subtle and buttery smooth, it nails the digital/analog balance, well-built and easy to navigate, bi-timbral with plenty of voices... A true desert island synth for me.

Excellent stuff as always, btw!

One of my favorite synths in the lab. Notation killed it with this one. Dope content per usual Jon.

This beat kinda sounds like when a part of humanity is ascending and another part is confused because they are not sure if they can accept all the lies they believed for all of their lives. ✨

The Summit has some crazy reverb on it! All of the effects on it are really good to me honestly.

The drums brought this together so well. I really enjoyed this Dag Gunmit!!

I bought the Chroma Console last year primarily because of your videos, and I use it on everything. In a world where most music kit is extortionately priced, the CC is insane value for money.

3:43 That alien synth thing, as soon as you started playing those chorded pads on it? My mind said “get a pan Automator and have it on the alien synth at twice its bpm haphazardly going left to right in a squared ping pomg! Hella ethereal.

This became super nostalgic once you pitched it down on tape.
