Caught my first pike of the year on Tuesday with dead bait, within minutes of it hitting the water the float shot under and I landed a awesome 16lb river beast 👌🏻

I love fishing for Pike and Musky on the Niagara River and Lakes Erie and Ontario . Muskys are a treat as they're so rare and hard to catch, but just think Pike are so beautiful with their markings and the yellow/orange and green fins. Amazing creatures

I love your videos! The hatred for Pikes is tangible out there, and everyone wants to tell you how to catch pike, without knowing anything real about it.
My personal best is 5,5 kgs witch is about 9-10 pounds I think. Taken on a popper at the darkest of a hot summers night. (August 2021)

you guys are the best to watch. I like Fox and korda shows but you both show the realstic sides of fishing with the usual equipment the average people have

We also have northern pike in Canada, hopefully tomorrow ice fishing season will be open and I’ll be able to land one through the ice

Great vid, always fancied giving it a go but never quite knew how to get going. Having watched this and give it a bash on many of the old mill ponds and lodges round my way , my pb would still only be a Jack to you lads but hopefully have now mastered the basics and can move on to bigger fish this winter.

Cheers gents.
