Seemingly, the Soviet/Russian Federation seem to find THE solution, that somewhere else would never be built.
But since WHAT that object CAN DO rarely burdens it's operators, when safety involved.
From the T-72's auto-loader preferring to load the gunners RIGHT ARM, instead actual ammo, this is the Soviet normal.

A useful coverage, suitable for listening while your eyes are otherwise engaged. Driving, resting, mealtime, and so on.

> 125 C temperature is easily maintained can easily be attained by DC electric tracing which the submarine batteries can provided for a time and any base dock could easier provide than a steam production and condensate recovery system could provide. Further pressurized hot water traceing systems could also have been employed.

41 knots underwater. Wow. I run to the gulf stream in a center console fishing boat at similar or less speed...on top of the water....that's fast!
