no judge is going to award custody to an active duty military personnel who’s always on deployments…. and he’s not a veteran if he’s actively serving. <br><br>the argument of “they’re anxious because they were separated from family” is stupid because they were literally living with their grandmother when all this started…

This is a great example of why people with no actual knowledge of the military shouldn't write stories like this. No soldier is going to be flown homenfrom combat deployment for a custody hearing 😂

I wish these stories where more accurate. As somebody who was diagnosed with Type 1 at a very young age I know for a fact that military insurance covers insulin pumps and that was back in the early 2000s it’s not hard for the kid to have and would have made life a lot easier for both of them. <br><br>And just to be clear I’m only attacking the part where it says that the kid had insulin pens as he would have had full access to insulin pumps which were invented around the time of Vietnam.
