  Thank you! Tears have been leaking from my eyes this whole video. Heavy, but not sad. More of an acknowledgement of what I did. There is a heavyness, but also a deep pride. I refused to break, an always chose hope even if it seemed unrealistic or a lot times nieve. Than there's this beautiful feeling of gratitude to whatever lives inside of me that would not give up. Believed the way through is directly through the pain. That what my leaking tears are releasing as I listen. Thank you 💕 🌈 🦄

  Even before watching a second of this video, the title hit me: just today I realised what it really means to love myself, even the anxious scary hurting parts, and how I don't need anyone else to do that for me! Yay 😁😊 I realised whenever I feel anxious about whether someone loves me back or not it's because I'm hoping that someone from the outside will tell me that I'm alright, loveable and worthy, enough. It just clicked how can stay with all my pain and discomfort and love myself even then 😊
