This went from head-scratchers teams picked to draft busts and literally changed subjects after the third player.

Cole Strange, as a Patriots fan I thought that pick was an actual joke and they were gonna have him announce the real pick

Trubinsky story: I went to Bills training camp. The QB's would take a snap, roll out, and then throw at a 8x14 wall that had 3 holes with netting in them. Josh allen went 4 out of 5. Trubinky went 0 for 5 and twice missed the wall. A shocked and ticked off assissant coach had to run across the field to get them.

The list started strong. Guys like Aguayo, Forbes, and Ferrell make sense for this list. Those picks were all questioned at the time. Maybe there was some of that with Trubisky but that had more to do with the trade up than the player. People thought they could have stayed at 3 and gotten him but he was widely considered the QB1 of the draft. I don't remember too many people questioning the other picks on this list. Perhaps Reagor but he was considered to be in the same general range as Jefferson.

49ers GM had a huge mistake by sacrificing many picks for Lance, but has not been fired. &nbsp;<br>He should appreciate to Purdy for saving his job.
