  NOTIFICATION SQUAD: 2 videos in 1 weeks! What a madman.<br>It&apos;s great to finally be back in Hiroshima for the first time in 6 years since the original chaotic Journey Across Japan. This time with an extra day to spare it was awesome to explore the castle, stay on Miyajima island and absolutely fail at cooking an Okonomiyaki pancake along the way. While the weather was certainly against us and I was disappointed at first, it ultimately ended up giving Miyajima a mysterious, ethereal misty mountain vibe that looked pretty cool. Hope to return again and explore more of Japan&apos;s inland sea later this year!

  i went to hiroshima last year and also went to some surrounding cities (okayama, fukuyama and onomichi) and all of them feels way more relaxed and laid back than visiting tokyo or osaka, it feels like a perfect balance between countryside and big city

  Chris, your storytelling, videography, narration, and topic choices keep (unbelievably) improving with each passing episode. As an ethnic Japanese person living in L.A. who isn&apos;t able to view these distant locales as much as he&apos;d like, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for allowing me so many magnificent glimpses into my motherland through your eyes.

  Having lived in Hiroshima city for nearly a decade I would like to share a few things: 1) the city has been through a recent modernization of public spaces (parks, stadiums, train station) so please check out the newest parks and maybe pick up a snack to enjoy by one of the many the rivers. 2 )if given the chance go to Saijo outside of Hiroshima city make sure to explore all of the sake breweries in the town and taste some of the best sake in the country. 3) go to kinkoinari shrine Okumiya to get a good climb in and see the city from an amazing high point.<br><br>Hiroshima is an amazing place, not because it has history or the latest attractions, but it’s a city that prides itself on being open and friendly. While also giving you the opportunity to never be too far from the stunning surrounding nature.

  Chris makes a lot of jokes, but I love the reverence and respects he has when speaking about the bombings, as well as when cooking with a skilled chef. Really enjoyed this vid!

  Went to Japan last year, and Hiroshima and Miyajima was probably my most memorable visit. It&apos;s such a different vibe and I love it. Seeing this video makes me miss it soo much.

  Hiroshima style Okonomiyaki is one of the best things I ate on my entire Japan trip. Truly amazing flavors.

  Peace Memorial is the only museum I have been in that made me cry like a baby. &nbsp;Holy blls man, that museum is powerful.
