  Kunal, You are doing a fantastic job here. In times where every food "influencer" is going to places and literally covering nothing important, you and your team has been doing an amazing job by bringing us some really good content post all possible research and prep, plus every episode is different. Absolutely loved it. Great job, you guys!

  The Ros Omelet back story is different. In the 80s/90s (when I grew up in Divchal in Goa), there were &quot;gaade&quot; or thela. Menu would be simple - egg omelette with polli and chicken xacuti with oondo (hard pav). And for folks who buy omelet or can&apos;t afford chicken xacuti, the &quot;gaadekaar&quot; would put some gravy to give it a taste of xacuti. Just like the hamburger, it was the poor man&apos;s dish that has become the main thing.<br><br>Also - it&apos;s an evening snack. Not morning. Morning is paatal / sukhi bhaaji.

  An omelette with green chilli, onion and coriander, topped with last night&apos;s leftover chicken gravy and chappati! One of my favourite breakfasts!

  There are so many types of breads in Goa - Poi, Kakan, Unde - all are so tasty with their respective distinct tastes

  Pleasant surprise to wake up here in the middle east to your vlog showcasing the typical breakfast in nostalgic locales of my beautiful Goa! Too bad Kunal, you seem to have missed the scrumptious prawn rissois that is normally served after 10 am at Cafe Xaviers. That would have added another dimension rounding off your breakfast there. Thanks for capturing the early morning hustle and bustle Goan vibes in the rustic locales that every visitor should experience with the food!

  Also the white peas gravy is always with goan garam masala &nbsp;and coconut paste it&apos;s called chonyo ros
