The way i cook my steak is I add bit salt and garlic and let settle down for 10 mins before cook than I add bit butter in fry pan and than put steak and cook medium-rare and eat it.

The marbling on that gorgeous steak 😋 my son and I love ;grilling ,frying and roasting up steaks and roasts every Christmas we buy a Prime Rib roast and a turkey & take turns cooking I’ll roast the turkey and he’ll do the prime rib we’ve been doing that for over 20 years he’s an awesome cook I taught him well and he’s added his own flare
