  This comment is for my fellow young audience. These guys were in the shadows grinding and you never heard of them. Now they can afford and say they do part time for 3 days of the week and do whatever they want the rest of the week. These guys worked their ass&*s off to get to where they are and it takes years and years of hardwork and discipline to get to the point where you can be picky with work that will fund your lifestyle. Stay true to your grind, save and invest whatever money that will be coming in today, so that after some years, you can also get to be picky with work tomorrow.

  No one can tell me that mortgage is not a good idea. I started paying mortage 12 years ago and the place I was previously renting has more than tripled. While my mortgage is less and has remained the same.

  I agree building a mansion without living inside is a west of investment but if you smart the man can be rented but without renting and living the mansion empty and living in abroad in a single room is dump shit

  Its a shame most people think career jobs makes you comfortable and relaxed, i beg to differ but there are people working in civil service and other fields who are comfortable and making the best out of their time off in annual leave and the TOIL hours they accumulate. Every money is good money when you work hard for it and not stealing from someone, so if you work a corporate job and you feel comfortable, don&apos;t talk down to people who also work in whatever field they work in and the sanity they have from work. Most cooperate jobs does not even pay enough for you to have a comfortable live, I earn about £70,000 a year and I don&apos;t work in cooperate job . I work in civil service and work in security , I do 5 holidays a year, pay nearly £600 in child support , have my house and a farm in Ghana. I am comfortable

  I beg to differ on the council house conversation. I live in a council house with 4 kids. First is 24 in a career job as an operations manager.Second is completing his degree as an aerospace engineer, the third and fourth are in clinical courses in uni. I work in a career job myself. Living in a council house is not a limitation these days. I intend to get a mortgage for my home soon, now that my kids are settled in school and career.
