  Call of Duty used to run its entire engine off of framerate, which wasn't much of a problem until they forgot to hard cap the framerate on the pc port, which allowed players with supercomputers to fly around at light speed.

  Honestly the Salt Raiders needs to create their own Game Review Team. Honest Reviews where they play the game as much as they possibly can, and give a true and honest review from a players perspective. More reliable than half of the reviews there are for games.

  Fun fact kaif, the layers do change in half a meter usually, it is very obvious when they change, it is quite interesting why, and far outside of my skill level to explain why here, but layers are sudden, not gradual.<br>Also the continual frame rate loss that suddenly dissapears on reset implies a memory leak. Pretty common in games these days like Diablo 4, and helldivers 2 suffer from them, where they continually add to memeory but for some reason forget/fail to release memory.

  That third game seems a lot more like it was inspired by PILGRIM, rather than directly Lethal Company. PILGRIM was inspired by Lethal Company and had its own evolutions from the formula of &apos;co-op extraction game&apos; that Lethal Company popularized.<br><br>That fifth game looks outright inspired by a single-player atmospheric fishing simulator called DREDGE. Even the icon is almost exactly the same as DREDGE&apos;s icon. Basically, a first-person co-op version that has extraction mechanics instead of RPG elements.
