I absolutely love how you will used pre-made or prepackaged food to include in your recipes and not be a snob and have to make everything from scratch which nobody has the time to do.

The curry pot pie: I was stationed in Japan and there was a street food vendor that sold beef curry and rice. I would eat that everyday for lunch. Before I came back, I asked for the recipe. They showed me the exact box you have. I still make that stuff (Dice up the paste block and it melts faster). Reminds me of what I call my second home.
