  One of the best things in the interview was seeing them both almost transformed back into time.  John is 80 and Robby is 79.  After a few minutes they are 19 and 20 again talking about chasing gigs in LA to get their small band going.  They are like kids once again. Engaging in the band minor bickering that band members do.   So happy to see these guys on your channel reaching your audience.

  A good friend of mine is Robby's FOH engineer. Not knowing Robby's personality, I told my friend that The Doors are my dad's favorite band and if it wasn't too much trouble would he be willing to ask Robby for a something for my dad. To my surprise Robby sent a care package with , if I remember right, a setlist, a pick and a signed copy of his book. Made my dad SUPER happy and showed that Robby is a class act. I hope to one day be able to thank Robby in person for making that a special day.

  I'm 63 years old, been retired  a few years, and spent an unhealthy amount amount of time on youtube. This is the greatest thing I have ever watched. Some of my earliest memories include the Door's as the soundtrack, to be able to see John and Robbie in the place it happened and see their faces as they listen to the songs and imagine what memories they are reliving, may be the only thing I like about the current time I'm living in. Thank you, Rick.

  As a fellow drummer I of course love John Densmore - he (and Jim's lyrics) really lit my fire as a young drummer trying to understand the complexities of what it truly means to play "good" music! Rock on, guys!
