  Dude. I’ve been following StarCraft since 98. I’ve looked at Wikis, read lore summary’s , and researched on my own and this is the first time everything has been put in one place, chronologically. <br><br>This finally explains why the xelnaga were important, how Amon factored into things and why the rivalry between Protoss and Zerg is so strong. <br><br>Amazing video.

  your retelling actually makes Amon&apos;s motive make sense, recontextualizing his inconsistency as the result of a Crashout from someone who presumed Godhood was infinite freedom rather than the ultimate servitude.

  I wish the franchise expanded more on the Protoss lore, what do Protoss warriors and non combatants do outside of battle, hobbies and entertainment.

  I&apos;m currently running a campaign in a world once ruled by The Ancients. I&apos;ve been stuck trying to picture what Ancient Societies looked like at their peak. Now I know.<br>Thank you for all of your hard work. This video is fantastic, and very well narrated!

  If i not mistaken at Adun’s death part, he draw power from the Void, combining it with Khala power being the first Protoss able to do so, to create a mist veil that hide the rouge tribes ships and prevent conclave loyalist to destroy the ships but in the process burn his body entirely until nothing of him remained

  I do like the older pre-SC2 retcon lore where the original Zerg are just the Larvae, the weakest creatures on their homeworld, which grew and evolved due to the hive mind.<br>The Protoss were born of an apex species made stronger through individual ambition, the Zerg born of the opposite, a feeble species that grew through cohesion. &nbsp;Thus the actual meaning to their contrast of Form and Essence.
