That is a Black rat snake. It is not venomous. They like to climb trees. They are great snakes! They are harmless 😊

Yup, bunch of black rat snakes climbing trees. They're harmless and pretty docile. It's actually very rare for a snake in a tree to fall, in South Africa they have boomslang which are highly venomous and I don't know that there's a single recorded incident of a boomslang falling out of a tree onto a human.<br><br>That water snake also doesn't look like a water moccasin, it looks more like a Plain-bellied Watersnake which are non-venomous.
