Many years ago I lived in the mountains of Eastern Kentucky USA. I was a kid from the suburbs. I saw many mountain homes where people used whatever was available to patch and repair homes. These were the permanent fixes. Many of these people had very superior woodworking skills. Thank you for this video. I just subscribed and liked. I will go back and watch the others. Looking forward to many more.

In 1990, I got a house. I thought that was the biggest disaster. The floor was removed from the house, the windows were broken, the tiles, the tiles, the plumbing and electrical installations, and there was also a lot of rubble from other demolished houses in the yard. I renovated it and it was fine after that. Good luck. It will be fine.
