  I know this one is a little random, but I really have just been enjoying Alien Earth that much. This video took a LONG time to make since the game is so big. So please, if you enjoyed the video, leave it a like and consider subscribing if you haven't already!

  You can&apos;t softlock yourself by successfully saving while Xeno is charging at you. Game will always randomize Xeno location when you load a save to stop that from happening.<br><br>But you can definitely get horribly murdered before the save finishes and be thrown back to your previous one.

  Omg, if I had known the cat fact I would have wept. I played Alien Isolation for the first time just days after I rescued a neonatal kitten. I named him Ripley (I found him on 4/26!) and he slept in the pocket of my sweatshirt every time I played the game. The heat from my struggling laptop kept his little body extra warm. I think if I had heard the cat meowing in the vents I would have cried like a baby, lol.

  The Red Xenomorphs were also black, but to the reader it would look as if Xenomorphs were simply killing each other, so the artist drew them in red.

  The DLC with the doctor proved everyone in the safe haven died. <br><br>the end of the &quot;Trauma&quot; DLC starring Sevastopol’s chief medical officer, Dr. Kuhlman Lingard, she discovers her survivor camp has been completely massacred and escapes into an elevator.

  Regarding #8. In hindsight, I see now those cat meowing sounds before finding the maintenance jack are meant to foreshadow to the player that the vents are how the xenomorph moves around the station. That meowing cat was probably the station&apos;s last surviving cat.

  One of the things I love about this game is that the horror was already there long before the Xenomorph.<br><br>Sevastopol was a &apos;ghost station&apos; even while people were still breathing. You can feel it in the terminal logs, the corporate abandonment, the poverty, and the social collapse.<br><br>Seegson had already failed these people. The Alien was just the final nail in the coffin, a physical manifestation of the cold, uncaring nature of the companies that owned their lives.<br><br>The true terror isn&apos;t just the creature in the vents, but the realization that the crew was considered disposable by their employers long before they became prey.

  Paradolia is where you see certain patterns in the environment around you. Like seeing faces in the clouds, or a xenomorph in the decks of the ship.

  When it comes to the motion detector, I think people tend to forget the motion tracker was remade/repurposed from a tool meant to track rodents, so possible split blips are possible from rodents that appear or an in-universe glitch.<br><br><br>Always remember people, corporatism is the reason why the guns are great against humans but will jack and shit against the xenomorph.

Mission 17, the Habitation Decks, alias Corridor of Death. And to put it lightly your assumption about it being unlikely those people managed to keep kids safe is very correct, more so evident by the last log of one Jake Sinclair, who mentions how, qoute: &quot;My wife is dead. My children have been taken away. I tried, but I couldn&apos;t stop them. They broke through our defenses...&quot;
