My husband's favorite cake. I made it at least nine times so far and it's now my own favorite and my friends' favorite as well. The best version I achieved: 7 grams of 220-power gelatine per mousse (or 3 and a 2/3 of leafed gelatine), double the amount of ingredients for the top jelly layer so there is more of it, leave the raspberry mousse in the fridge for an hour longer to be safe, also optionally substitute the mango mousse for blueberry mousse (from another recipe on this channel), and substitute the bottom layer for a chocolate sponge cake brushed with simple chocolate syrup, it's way more flavorful this way. This channel usually uses brownie-like layers in mousse cakes, but I find them too stiff and heavy
