When you are living in the past you are depressed, when you are living in the future you are anxious when you are living in the present you are content

Distill your water. Reverse Osmosis Deionized Water Treatment. Eat grass fed grass finished beef. Use Redmond’s Salt. This is a clean life. Everything gets better guys. Health is #1 concern. Stay fit and stay rich.

To answer the last question: a famous yogi Sadhguru once said " if everything happens within you the way you want it, then why choose to be miserable instead of joyful and full of life"

Learning from LB is a paradigm shift for me. His wisdom is sound and evergreen. I believe the brother has mastered his game and here he is showing us the path to self-freedom. Freedom is truly a state of mind that must be developed, mastered, and earned, the price you pay today is the process of developing your freedom. Am so grateful to LB.

Bro Luke is so smart for "only" being 28, i'm almost 28 and i don't know half of the sh*t he knows. Makes you really reflect, and how i have been wasting all this time on video games, and pointless things.

My first shroom experience it was Allan watts in a loop in my head saying “it’s better to have a short life that is full of what you love doing, than a long life spent in a miserable way” at the time I was working a physically high demand labor corporation job for $22/h. After that trip I quit that job and little by little started to get myself into bio hacking. I now run a bio hacking facility as I learnt my ways to earn money online. I do jiujitsu and somehow my coach decided to open this facility and now all I do it’s jiujitsu and recovery while I listen to podcasts like this all day while working on my Shopify. I indeed won in life and I can’t wait to keep growing and expending ❤
