  450.000 people killed in violence and drug wars, let’s not forget that number is low, as that doesn’t include missing and the disappearances and that’s only the reported number many go unreported, the actual number will be doubled.

  I’ve lost my brother and countless friends to this drug and it’s heartbreaking. I was a heroin addict for 20 years and thankfully I got sober just over 6 years ago and never looked back. I live in the Seattle area and this shit is on every corner while the police just turn a blind eye to everything while the whole city has turned to thieves and zombies.

  Who else was happy to see the Mexican Military NOT trust the police? I’m skeptical of any cop in a Cartel Town that doesn’t have a reward on them! Especially if they are doing their jobs honestly and without corruption.

Sober path:<br>1) Detox<br>2) Rejoin a health diet<br>3) take depleted vitamins (B12 plus)<br>4) Put sobriety FIRST one day at a time.<br>5) Learn new circle life away from old circle. <br>6) Be a student of life.<br>7 stay away from slippery places and people.<br>8) Enjoy your freedom

  This is a sad reality about both our countries. Many of the Citizens pay thousands of dollars every month to help their loved ones out just for the money to go back in the pockets of the same people who have created this mess!
