<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DgdDIc0UQOY&t=2380">39:40</a> - You can take a mandrel for sanding discs too which has the small screw to fix it and put the collet on the end lay a small washer kind of thing in between if the collet hole is to big and fix the collet on the mandrel with all sides are free access.. and <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DgdDIc0UQOY&t=4520">1:15:20</a> just try to put the solderplate under to collet when u heat it up it comes flat maybe u need to correct minimal but it is easier then place the piece
