Something I used to fall asleep to was the laundry room underneath my apartment. When someone was running their clothes through the wash, I'd lay on the floor and just let the bass and ambience take me as I fell asleep. There was a certain calm that came from the floor muffling the sound underneath. I bet you could recreate that.

i used to sneak into the bathroom when i was little to lay on the cold floor with my pillow and listen to the sound of the fans and this genuinely made me nostalgic bc of how accurate it is. it’s time for a LONG sleep 💤

Hi Randall, just wanted to say thank you so much for these videos. I have sleep apnea so I have trouble getting quality sleep, but this helps to let me get just the right amount of it to function. Thank you!! ❤

I keep coming back to this channel every time. That low hum, bathroom-echo vibe is exactly what I look for in white noise. You smash it every single time 🔥
