I recently acquired an all original 96 Buick Century with 135,000 miles on the clock. Was driven less than 5,000 miles per year and has been quite well cared for. Paint is nice and smooth and shiny. Used Griot’s ceramic on one side of the trunk lid and Maxl on the other side. Shine is equal. But neither product removed or hid the minor scratches or swirl marks on the 3 decade old paint. Both products did yield a deeper shine. Again, equal shine.

I was amazed by it … I even cleaned my shower in one spot on the glass door…. Using the maxl…. What sucks it’s teallhydrophobic…. But I tired multiple chemicals to clean it off but I have this circular spot… so yeah it sticks to glass really well and is still( month later ) repelling water

MaxL1 is for waterless carwash & shine; MaxEasy is spray & rinse AFTER you have already washed the car. MaxL1 works great if you do end up having to wash the car after you get lots of mud & grime on the car. After you wash the car with soap and water, you still get the water off very easily. Some people use a leaf blower to dry their car others use the specialized drying towels. Also, when it is freezing outside and your car is not too dirty, but just dirty, MaxL1 is really awesome because you can clean your car in the protection of a closed garage. You sprayed a lot on your door, in my opinion. I use a little less with small slow pulls on the trigger like they advise on the MaxL1 official videos and I noticed I didn't have to use so much elbow grease to ensure no streaks were left behind. I also noticed that you used the same towel for both products which would give mixed results, pun intended.

I applied MaxL One a year ago and my car stayed nice and shiny for the whole year, and I live in the Pacific Northwest where it rains a lot! And all I had to do once every three months was wash it with water and a soft truck brush, then wipe dry. It is worth the money to me! I am getting ready to apply my annual coating tomorrow and I know I am good for a year then!

I'm not a car detailer by any means, but like to keep my car clean...especially in winter when battling salt. I bought MAXL One because the reviews were so good, and I thought..OK, it must be worth the price. Today I used it on my CX50 that was looking pretty shabby with recent weather. I had two microfiber towels, and one detailing super soft towel from turtle wax and went for it. I would apply the MAXL use one microfiber towel, wipe away the grime and then use my super soft detailing towel to buff the surface. Was it it a lot of work? A bit. I'm sure my right bicep will be sore tomorrow, but did this stuff work. IT DID. After about an hour and a half (the car was dirty), my car looks immaculate! To note, I do have a windchill pearl white color which is probably more forgiving visually...but I would look in the light to make sure there were no scratches and there were 0. Just make sure you have a few microfiber towels so you don't keep using a saturated towel, that defeats the purpose of getting that spot-free shine. <br>I'm not sponsored AT ALL. I read reviews online after I bought it and so many people said this product was a scam or reviews were paid, so I got nervous because I spent a hundred dollars on this spray (two pack). I'm honestly really impressed with it, and so glad it works. This is the first water-less spray I've ever used, so i can't compare it with anything...but I can say this stuff does what it says it does, no scratches, super slick and shiny. I'll definitely keep using it.

I grew up & worked in one of the biggest collision centers in the US & have used a lot of different products not readily available to the public. About 3 yrs ago I started using lithium auto care products, stuff is so good, their seal & squeal polish is insane, especially on dark cars…😮💨

I’ve seen professional detailer comparisons where Kabita ceramic and gloss spray outperformed Maxl One. The Kabita isn’t for cleaning though. Have you or anyone here heard or used both for feedback? You can get the kit with both the Kabita ceramic spray and gloss spray and two microfiber cloths from the Kabita website for $85.

Don’t forget that maxlone is just a single product where you needed two products for the same result.

What's the best product/line to go with detailing?? I'm starting out and I don't want to waste money on stuff that don't work. I don't mind paying for quality, but I'm not getting ripped off either.
