Sprinting always worked for me when I was younger working back to being able to sprint again. At 63 getting back after injuries takes way more time than back in the day😂
Your book sandbag berserker is crazy good stuff keep up the great teachings...

10:59 running and sprinting lends further credence to the theory the body will operate intelligently, shedding/eliminating things that are hindrance to a daily, or near daily, activity it needs to adapt to. Calories in, calories out has always made sense to me, except where running and sprinting are concerned. I know that calorie counting, and measuring calorie expenditure is never an exact science, but I’d noticed that with how dramatically running and sprinting cause one to lean out, the math wasn’t math-ing: the (alleged) calorie expenditure from the activity (plus overall expected daily expenditure) plus what I’d actually eaten didn’t make any sense. I too had wondered/hypothesised that with a high intensity activity that requires moving the body through space, that the body intelligently makes the assessment that excess body fat is now a detriment to future instances of that activity.

Wow your theory about your body shedding fat to make it easier to move is incredible. You have so many cool theories / philosophies and anecdotes that ive never heard of before yet you make them so comprehensible to me. Your way of thinking is so awesome and unique, i am going through all of your content because its an absolute goldmine of knowledge. Thank you, you are an inspiration to me.

What do you have to say about swimming?? I go to the gym everyday. Got a pool. On top of the Sandbag/Calisthenics Im trying my best into getting the routine of doing do cardio on my off days and I also get bored after work so I just go to swim and steam.

These are great tips! I don’t have a trampoline, but I skip rope regularly with changing intensity during the session.
Also I found it very beneficial climbing the stairs, preferably with a weighted vest or a kettlebell, and once I get to the top building floor I use the elevator all the way down and climb again..and again... 🙂
Thanks again, new subscriber 🎉

If there's something I really wasn't expecting to see in this video, it's the trampoline. Then again, if I bought a trampoline for our apartment, my kids would be freaking ecstatic.
