One thing about it - these guys are definitely stick and rudder flyers. They have more time actually hand flying than 90% of today's commercial pilots.

Also these are probably some of the best pilots on earth, able to troubleshoot on the go and do visual approach landings onto rough terrain. Props to them—old school and tough guys.

I worked for United Airlines from 1986 to 1995 and the Boeing 737–200s were a big part of the fleet at that time. I loaded and unloaded mail, cargo, and people on those planes and did the load planning. We even got the tow these aircraft around from the terminal to the maintenance hanger. This video really brings back some great memories of my days in aviation. Thanks Sam!
