  Here are some Extra Awesome Undertale Notes<br><br>1). I am aware that Spamton G. Spamton is in Deltarune for longer than 5 minutes however you might notice I did not make the &quot;Spoilers for Deltarune Song&quot; so I didn&apos;t talk about those [EXTRA] things. Spamton is like a lot of characters Toby writes, it&apos;s a character pretty entertaining in an average playthrough but going through the bonus stuff is where most of the really interesting stuff is. But most people on the internet don&apos;t talk about that interesting stuff, they just say BIG SHOT and that&apos;s what I was getting at with the fanbase making UT/DR characters one note. Most people aren&apos;t going to go above and beyond in their first (and likely only) playthrough to unlock the secret stuff. So when they see him, it&apos;s in an alleyway one time and that can feel pretty underwhelming if you hear BIG SHOT 3 times a day on the internet. That entire segment was based around a friend who had this exact thing happen to him, so if you have any more questions or statements you can talk to him instead.<br><br>2). I was going to say something a lot more in depth about the fanbase but I can sum up any future comments I don&apos;t read: I don&apos;t care anymore. Some of you are normal, some of you are insufferable. It&apos;s up to you to chose which one you are. <br><br>I don&apos;t really have anything else to add actually I&apos;ve been trying to make way more of a habit to not read comments. I&apos;m on twitter.

  Undertale literally just proves that if you wanted to, you could create one of the best games on the internet as a <b>side project</b> to get money for your dream game

  Spamton IS an important character, and a very interesting one, you just have to go out of your way to find out why.

  &quot;I was an Undertale kid at my school, but I mostly kept to myself and would only talk about it if people wanted to talk about it. The only time I ever let the radiation out for non willing people was when a friend dared me to sing Asgore&apos;s Fight theme during a school assembly and that&apos;s how I met my best friend to this day and I don&apos;t regret doing it.&quot; -A stuck in the past fool (me)<br><br>Edit: It turned out that this &quot;friend&quot; was a pretty bad manipulator that I never caught onto until the start of 2026. I was only reminded of this comment having been made due to a notification of someone replying to this and I wanted to clarify after the fact that while I don&apos;t dislike Undertale or Deltarune anymore because of this fact I do in fact regret having done that dare now.

  I don&apos;t really think Toby Fox intended to punish players with the Genocide Run, but to make lasting, dreadful consequences.

  the true reset actually does something different, sometimes the game remembers what you did from previous runs or saves, but after you true reset, all that is wiped. like it is a real blank slate (almoast)

  The criticism is fair, though I do think that I interpreted the whole thing of “when you do a pacifist run after genocide, it’s contradicting its message by saying your actions don’t matter” differently, to me it kinda added more onto the original message you get from Asriel- at the end of the day it’s a game, it’s all trivial, and yet you still can’t move on and feel the need to go out of your way to make it ‘right’ again, even though the message was about moving forwards, and the fact that you’re chastised for it felt like the game was saying “why does it matter so much? Why can’t you leave it here and move on?” and the hints it gives to your genocide run in the next pacifist ending felt more like it represented my guilt at the time (because yeah, I played it neutral, true pacifist, genocide, then pacifist again because I couldn’t… yk… move on lol) because fixing a mistake doesn’t mean it never happened, I guess, though I do really wish I didn’t have to replay it FOUR times to get the message 😔😔
