  I can’t sleep at night unless I have this particular music playing softly from my iPad on my lap. I am crippled and eat and sleep sitting up in my recliner. On nights when the pain is greater, I say my prayers, put on this music and soon I’m resting easy. It’s so soothing. Oh and BTW, I’m part of the Seneca/ Cayuga Tribe. Thank you…

  I live in a lively city and the constant noise of cars is annoying. I was just recently in the hospital for a severe anxiety attack today and am finally home resting and this music is helping me reground and recenter myself. Thank you

  “Great Spirit” who’s voice I hear in the winds! And who’s breath gives life to all the world. I come to you, one of your children. I am small and weak and need your wisdom. Help me to always respect what you have made. And be thankful and not want to think more highly. But to humble myself and given of all I have. Thank you, for another sunset and moon.   Being part Native American, I feel connected to my ancestors when I listen to this. And when I walk in the forest with this playing in my earphones, I feel Mother Earth welcoming me and embracing my spirit.

  I spent 10 days hiking the grand canyon . &nbsp;I didnt really think about it much , but every gift shop had flute music playing. &nbsp;I knew that it was part of the atmospher. But one day it dawned &nbsp;on me exaxtly what it was. &nbsp;I brought 3 CD&apos;s home with me and been lustening too it ever since . That was 26 years ago .<br><br>The softer that you play it , the better that it is.
