Should’ve showed duchene. He goes out with either 2 big drinks or 4 small drinks and sits on the bench until <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DUpIGJ0olGI&t=1749">29:09</a> until the game and he goes back and gets ready.

I always had the same routine too. I know it was just for high school but still. I had a full hour routine and did very specific things all at specific times. Anything messed me up and I would play terrible. Really weird how it works honestly. All mental.
