  People of Madagascar really is our Austronesian Cousin who reached Africa! That vinegar with spices and onions really is like a Filipino dip! Amazing! :D

  As a young girl who left her country to study two years ago, I’ve never craved the food of my homeland as much as I did while watching your video 😩. It’s as if, through your video, with every bite you take, I’m eating with you tasting the flavors that instantly come back to me 🥺.   In my nearly 84 yo, I&apos;ve been privileged to travel, too and even live in many wonderful places. I always wanted to visit Madagascar, but that never materialized. &nbsp;Now, I&apos;m too old to travel to such places, but delight in sharing Mark&apos;s food adventures to give me a glimpse of what I missed.
