RIP Sequoyah Guess. Thank you for being a guardian of the wisdom of your people and sharing it with the world. I only found this video yesterday while doing research for a unit for my students. Today I found out that this wonderful storyteller is no longer with us in this world.

I missed him. He was a very sweet humble man. I enjoyed listening to his stories from the past. He was invited to come to the Austin powwow and share his stories with the children.
