  Im convinced the red panda story is your professor knowing they&apos;re a different thing, but because its a public speaking class, he wanted to give you an opportunity to have a real world experience defending yourself infront of a group of people

  <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DOHW4M5GIX4&amp;t=250">4:10</a> please do not actually use this program since it has been shown to not only share extremely private information to corporations (Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.) But also most patients are mismatched and do not get the fitting therapist for them <br>Plus, it&apos;s simply texting back and forth with a &quot;therapist&quot; <br>Betterhelp is more of a greedy company trying to get an easy advertisement by flailing money in front of the youtuber <br>Do not use this program and instead please get actual therapy, it works out way better, I was considering using betterhelp but sticked to actual therapy after hearing more and doing some research <br>Don&apos;t use a program specially on serious things like mental health from a random minecraft youtuber that talked about it because ✨money✨ <br>It&apos;s not worth your time, real therapy is so much better

  I was enjoying the video and thought it was a massive bummer when you started the better help sponsor. It is a service with a bad track record and is potentially harmful - which is worse than usual since this is targeted to people who are already struggling.
