Masood Azhar was given Portugese passport by British intelligence agency MI6. And Pakistani ISI is mere pawn of CIA, british agency. CIA, British agency is protecting dawood Ibrahim also । It is not possible that alone pakistani agency isi can arrange and protect dawood when dawood travel from pkistant to another country..This is reality hussain zaidi sir
