I am the tenant in this video. I am waking up to this being sent to me this morning and I’m shocked at how many people have seen it. Thank you for the encouraging and supportive comments. If even one person is protected in their own rental situation in the future after seeing this, I consider that the best win I could ask for. I’m grateful for the judge hearing both sides and giving both parties the consideration we deserved.

This was a retaliatory lawsuit, because the landlord lost their prior lawsuit in August about her move-out.

This guy has been successful in lying and scamming his tenants for decades. He’s refusing to do basic upkeep and maintenance and thinks there’s no such thing as wear and tear.

Three things were proven in court that day. Serino is a horrible property manager and lying to his boss, this was retaliatory because of the roof case, and the tenant is a bad ass who covered all of her bases and did it well.
