성경이 문을 닫은 민족 모압 - 그런데 예수의 족보에?

The door that the law had closed to an entire nation and the door that one person walked through were not the same door from the start. A man climbs up the city wall. He holds a child in his arms. Below the wall, the armies of three nations were encamped, the wells were blocked with stones, and the barley fields were burned. The name of the king was Mesha, and the name of the people he ruled was Moab. However, there is one law written in the Bible concerning this nation. Deuteronomy 23:3 is the decree that a Moabite shall never enter the assembly of the Lord. And in the genealogy of Matthew chapter 1, the first book of the New Testament, the name of a person whom the Bible calls a "Moabite woman" is listed. A nation began in a cave in the mountains. That nation was not a Gentile of Israel, but a cousin, and what separated the two nations was not bloodline, but an altar. We follow materials outside the Bible, ranging from a plaster inscription excavated in Jordan, a black basalt stele standing at the Louvre, to an altar found lying down and covered in earth. The Bible recorded the name of only one of them in the genealogy. 🕰️Timestamps 0:00 The King on the Wall, and the Moabite Woman in the Genealogy 1:24 A Nation That Began in a Mountain Cave 5:42 Israel and Moab Were Cousins 7:29 It Was the Altar That Separated the Two Nations 9:47 The Command Not to Touch, and Balaam 11:09 The Name Left on the Whitewash — The Deir Allah Inscription 13:05 The Law Written That One Can Never Enter 14:05 Famine, and the Family That Crossed Over to Moab 15:24 Ruth’s Words on the Dirt Road 18:41 The Place Where David Entrusted His Parents 19:48 People Measured by Lines 21:38 The God of Moab Who Ascended the Mountain Before Jerusalem 22:42 The Altar Buried Lying Down — Tel Arad 23:40 The Last Choice on the Wall 25:28 The Black Stone Standing at the Louvre, the Mesha Stele 27:38 Not Transferred Wine 30:27 Why was the law closed, and how did Ruth enter? #Moab #Ruth #MesaStele #Chemosh #David If today's story resonated with you, please join us by 'subscribing' and 'liking,' and please 'share' it with those you would like to share it with. 🔖 "Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things that you do not know." — Jeremiah 33:3 Logos Sea absolutely never arbitrarily depicts the form of God as human, especially in the likeness of a mountain spirit.
